When you choose a Tasker, you pay the agreed amount securely through OddJobs using Stripe. This secures the payment for the job before work begins.
Your card details are handled securely by Stripe, not stored directly by OddJobs.
Your Tasker completes the job
Keep communication inside OddJobs. Before and after photos create a record of the job and help protect both sides.

Confirm you’re happy
Once the agreed job is completed, confirm completion. If there’s an issue, you can raise it rather than simply releasing payment.
Payment is released
Once you confirm completion, the payment is released to the Tasker through Stripe. Leave a review and rebook the Taskers you love.
Payment protection from acceptance to completion
The customer knows the payment won\u2019t simply disappear to someone before the job is completed, while the Tasker knows the customer has already committed the agreed payment before they start.

OddJobs uses Stripe to securely process payments and Tasker payouts. Stripe is one of the world’s leading payment infrastructure companies and handles payments for businesses around the world. OddJobs does not store your full card details.
Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of payment security certification. Sensitive payment information is handled by Stripe rather than being stored directly by OddJobs.
