Delete Your Account
You can delete your OddJobs account at any time. Choose one of the methods below.
Delete in the OddJobs App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the OddJobs app. Follow these steps:
- 1Open the OddJobs app on your device.
- 2Tap Settings from the main menu or your profile.
- 3Select Account from the settings list.
- 4Tap Delete Account.
- 5Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
Navigation: Settings → Account → Delete Account
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the OddJobs app, you can request deletion of your account by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your account.

About data retention after deletion
When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from OddJobs. However, some records may be retained where required for:
- •Legal obligations or regulatory requirements
- •Payment records required for tax or accounting purposes
- •Ongoing or potential disputes
- •Fraud prevention and platform safety
- •Safety investigations or law enforcement requests
This is consistent with our Privacy Policy and our obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
